RULES
Signing in and paying for art education classes
The registrations to the classes will be done in advance by filling out the registration form via internet(www.tanssikeskusfootlight.fi), by telephone (010 239 7690) or by bringing one to our offices. The registration is valid until the end of the spring term 2010-2011. After you have registered, we will send an invoice along with your student card, which should be brought to the office before the first class. You can pay either to the office or to our bank account. The office takes payments by cash, credit cards, Visa electron and Liikuntaseteli(exercise voucher). Paying is subject to 2 € handling fee.
Class changes and cancellations
Your registration is valid for the whole semester. If you have chosen to pay periodically, cancellations are possible two weeks before a new period by filling in a form at our offices. You can find the due dates from the invoices, the brochure and our website. Cancellations are also possible via an online form on our website www.tanssikeskusfootlight.fi. Take a copy of the cancellation and the confirmation e-mail. Cancellations are not possible by telephone. If you have registered to our classes and not filled out a cancellation form on time, we will ge for the lessons. Being absent from the classes is not a cancellation. It is not possible to cancel seasonal registrations in the middle of the term. Class changes can be done on a form online, or at our offices two weeks before the start of a new period.
Make up classes
We offer our students the chance to make up missed classes. You can make up missed classes with whatever class of the same level and length. You can use your make up classes if you have registered to at least one class. Students who cancel their classes can not use the make up-system. Keep a book of your missed classes and ask for make up-forms from our offices or print them from the internet. Fill in the form and give it to the teacher when you attend the class. The make up-system is personal.
Attending the classes
The students should have the proper dance-equipment and training clothes. Be on time. We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins, so that there is time to change clothes etc. If the student is late and the warm-up is held or is soon finished, the teacher can deny access to the class. You can make up the missed class.
