PRICES AND PERIODS SEASON 2012-2013

Thinking of hourly fees note that half-season consists of five periods and 20 weeks. Half-season payment for one 60 min weekly class is 210 €, so the hourly fee is 210 € / 20 = 10,5 €. If you take two 60 min weekly classes, hourly fee is 350€ / 2 / 20 = 8,75 €.

If you want to combine classes with different lengths, please contact our office to get the excact half-season fee.

Your signing-in is valid for the whole season. Half-seasonal payment cannot be changed to periodical payment. In case you have chosen the periodical payment, you can cancel your participation to classes  in writing to our office (or through our web-pages cancellation formula) latest two weeks before the due date of the following period. The half-season invoice for spring 2012 is sent automatically during December 2012.

If you take for example 2 times a week 60 min classes, 4 weeks fee is 50+34=84 €. You can choose also classes of different length, in that case the basic fee comes from the longest class. For example 1*90 min class and 2*60 min classes fee is 58+34+28 = 120 €.

PAYMENTS

After signing in our office prints your invoices either periodically or one half-season at time, according to your choice in signing in. Handling fee of 2 € is added to an invoice. The payments are to be done always before the period starts. A student who has not paid his/her fees can be removed from the class, so please make sure your payments are always up to date. Invoces can be paid either to our bank account or to our office. In our office you can pay with cash, bank card, most common credit cards, Visa Electron, Smartum liikunta- and kulttuuriseteli and Virike-seteli.

If you have a valid signing-in, you don't need any receipts with you in classes. The teachers have a list of attendants. If you have Anytime-card or if you pay a single class fee, you need to have either single ticket or Anytime-card with you. The office can check the signing-in of the attendants without prior notice. in case you don't have signing in in the list or Anytime card/single class ticket, the fee is 30€.

Changes to classes, as well as the cancellations must be done latest two weeks before the beginning of the period to be changed or cancelled, either with the web-page formula or in written for to the office.

DISCOUNTS

* Family discount 10 % (starting from the second student in the same household. Please inform the first family member when you sign in). The family discount doesn't apply for half-season payments.

* Members of STTL single tickets 10 € / 60 min and 13 € / 90 min.

* Discounts don't apply for workshops or special courses or programs, Anytime-cards or half-season payments.
