Can I try out a class?

  

Sure. It is possible to try out our classes with a single ticket. Tickets are sold at our office (address Mannerheimintie 6 B, 4th floor). You can pay by cash, bank card and for example Smartum-tickets.

 How can I get an Anytime-card?

  

 You can buy the Anytime-card from the office by cash or bank card. For the anytime card you need to bring a passport-size (facial) picture.

  

Is it possible to register in the middle of an on-going period?

 

Sure, we will send you invoices starting from your first class.

 

Is it possible to change the classes?

 

You can change your class schedule for the next period. Changes must be made at the latest by Monday two weeks prior to the start of a new period either on-line or at the office.

 

I have changed my classes and I haven´t received new invoices?

 

If the total amount in your invoices stays the same you can continue paying with the original invoices.

 

Can my friend come and watch my class?

 

Unfortunately it is not allowed, but your friend can attend the class by buying a single ticket from our office.

 

If I’ve been absent from my class, can I replace it with another one?

 

Yes. You can print out a replacement form from our internet pages or you can pick one up and fill it out at the office. You should bring the replacement form to the teacher in the replacing class.

 

Where are the dance studios located at?

 

The Mansku 1-4 studios are located at Mannerheimintie 6 B on the 4th floor and to the opposite of the Swedish Theater. The Leppis 1-3 studios are located at Konstaapelinkatu 4, Leppävaara, Espoo (kauppakeskus Galleria).

 

Can I leave my clothes in the changing room during my class?

 

Due to fire safety regulations we can not install lockers into our studios and changing rooms. It is recommended to bring your clothes into the class in a sizeable bag.

 

Can I attend a class, that was marked down as full, with a replacement, or a single ticket?

 

The teacher will check if the class is full on that day ( i.e. if everybody that has registered in the class is present). If there are free places left, you can attend the class that time.

 

I need to speak with my teacher, can I get his/her phone number?

 

Unfortunately we can not reveal such information to our students. You can have a talk with your teacher before or after your class, our teachers will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

 

I have signed up for a class but my name doesn’t appear on the teacher’s list of participants, why is that?

 

We update the lists once every four weeks. If you have registered in the middle of an on-going period, we have your information at the office and your name will appear on the teacher’s list starting from the following period. Tell your teacher that you have recently signed up and he/she will add your name on the list.

 

Can I cancel my registration and pay for my classes on some period with replacement tickets?

 

Unfortunately this is not possible. You have to be registered in at least one class to be able to use replacement tickets.

 

How early must I arrive in the class?

 

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the class so you’ll have enough time to get changed. If you’ll attend the class with a single ticket, you should arrive a little earlier especially during the beginning of the seasons.

 

Must I return the student card I received along with the invoices although I signed up for the class on-line or over the phone?

 

Yes, you can return the student card to the office or to your teacher.

 

What time is my registration valid until?

 

Your registration is valid from your chosen starting day until the end of the term, e.g. if you start your class on the 9th of September 2012, your registration is valid from the 9th of September 2012 until the 26th of May 2013.

 

Must I pay the invoice even if I haven’t been able to attend the classes?

 

Yes, if you haven’t cancelled your registration according to our instructions. All cancellations and class changes must be made in writing at the office or on-line latest by Monday two weeks prior to the start of a new period. It is not considered a cancellation if you simply don’t attend your class. Our teachers don’t handle cancellations, you must inform the office if you want to cancel your class.

 

Is it possible to change from tuition payment to paying in periods?

 

Unfortunately you may not change the payment method from tuition payment to paying in periods.
